We will set up your account after receiving payment and verifying your order. It is your responsibility to provide us with an email address that is not at the domain(s) you are signing up under. We strictly prohibit fake details; providing false information may result in account termination.
2. Prohibited Content
All services provided by Oentrixhoster may be used for lawful purposes only. We have a zero-tolerance policy for the following content:
- Betting and Gambling: Any websites related to betting, lottery, or gambling are strictly prohibited.
- Adult Material: Pornography, adult content, or any sexually explicit materials.
- Phishing & Malware: Distributing malicious software, scamming sites, or participating in DDoS attacks.
- Copyright Infringement: Pirated software, movies, music, or hacker programs.
3. Resource Usage Limits
Our shared hosting environments are designed for standard web applications. Users may not:
- Use more than the allocated CPU or RAM limits constantly.
- Use hosting space as a backup/storage device for files not directly related to your website.
- Run background processes, bots, or heavy video streaming platforms.
4. Backups and Data Loss
Your use of our service is at your sole risk. While we provide automated backups for disaster recovery, we are not responsible for files or data residing on your account. You agree to take full responsibility for maintaining appropriate local backups of your data.
5. Payment and Renewal
You agree to supply appropriate payment for the services received from Oentrixhoster, in advance of the time period during which such services are provided. Failure to renew services before the due date will result in suspension and eventual termination of your data.
6. Refusal of Service
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or suspend service at our sole discretion if we deem an account violates our terms or poses a threat to our infrastructure.
